Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Royal Hamper. Following are the Terms and Conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Important Delivery Notice
Please be advised that due to the nature of some parcels, including hampers containing perishable food and alcohol, we are unable to leave packages unattended at the door. Kindly ensure that someone is available to personally receive the parcel.
If no one is home or unavailable to accept the delivery, the parcel will be redirected to your local post office for collection. A card will be left in your mailbox with instructions on how to retrieve your package.

📅 Processing Time
Orders placed before [2 PM EST] are processed the same day for next day pickup. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. All orders are processed within [1–2 business days]. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays, only working days Monday-Friday.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

🚫 Damages
The Royal Hamper is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
